On a lighter note… Pork and Cider anyone?

Every Tuesday for the next few months, Head Chef at The George Hotel in Perth, Telina Menzies will unleash another porcine creation for the greater good. Accompanied by a Somersby Cider, each dish is prepared using Plantagenet Free-Range pork, one of Western Australia’s truly free- range pork producers.

The last time I tried some of the slow roasted pork on offer at the same venue, I was in the queue for seconds while still on my last mouthful!

If this event lives up to its promises we might just have to arrange a regular enthusiast get together.
